Yesterday, VASIA was delighted to officially sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with GES Solutions, a long-established Australian enterprise specializing in the recruitment of skilled workers across the Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia, parts of Victoria, and Tasmania.
GES Solutions is a trusted partner endorsed by state governments and local Business Chambers, playing a vital role in attracting skilled migrant workers to help address the shortage of qualified labour in regional and remote areas of Australia — where the ability to adapt to Australian values and culture is considered a key factor for success.
In the coming period, VASIA and GES Solutions will closely collaborate in several key areas, including:

Migration policy consultation and suitable visa programs (Visa 482, 494, 186, 407, etc.)

Settlement and career support for Vietnamese workers in Australia

Citizen protection initiatives: working in partnership with the Embassy of Vietnam in Canberra and the Consulates General in Sydney and Perth to provide information, guidance, and connection services — ensuring Vietnamese workers feel confident and well-prepared before commencing long-term employment in Australia.
This marks an important milestone, reaffirming VASIA’s mission and role in protecting, supporting, and empowering Vietnamese workers in Australia — one of the core areas the Association has been committed to since its establishment.
